The following Terms and Conditions form the agreement between the Customer (referred to hereafter as "you" or "your") and 247Sweets Ltd (referred to hereafter as "247Sweets", "we", "us" or "our").

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are:

Purchase Contract
All purchases on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions. The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies will be the one in effect at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to amend these terms at our discretion. If you place an order after any changes are made, you will be bound by the new terms. Please ensure you review and understand the terms in effect before placing your order.
We will confirm receipt of your order via email. Please ensure the email address provided is correct and that your email account is in good working order, as all correspondence will be sent to the email address you provide. Check your junk or spam folders in case our emails are redirected there.
Your contract with us is confirmed upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. At this point, we will supply the product(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but in some cases, stock in our distribution centre may be limited or damaged. If any or all of your order cannot be fulfilled, we cannot be held responsible.
Prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been checked out and paid for. If you have items in your basket but have not completed checkout, prices will update when you proceed with the purchase. Should a pricing error occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a refund.
Prices displayed include VAT.
Payment
Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment. For same-day dispatch, orders and payments must be completed by midday. Accepted payment methods include debit or credit cards and PayPal.
Ownership of the product(s) passes to you only when full payment is received. Until then, all products remain the property of 247Sweets, and you must store them in a manner that identifies them as our property. If you resell the product(s) before full payment is completed, proceeds from the sale are held in trust for us.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders placed and paid for before 2pm, Monday to Friday, on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the correct address is entered, as we cannot be liable for missed or incorrect deliveries if the provided address is inaccurate.
Deliveries are typically made between 9am and 5pm. Ensure the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to sign for the package. If a delivery cannot be made due to access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, actual delivery is managed by our courier partners, and delays may occur. In case of damage or discrepancies, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@247sweets.com.
Shipping to Ireland
Orders shipped to Ireland are exclusive of UK VAT. Irish VAT and, where applicable, duties are payable upon the parcel’s arrival in Ireland. Non-payment of these charges may result in the parcel being returned to us, and you may forfeit the shipping and return costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before packaging for dispatch for a full refund. If an order has already been packaged or dispatched, you will need to receive it and return it as per our returns policy below.
Returns, Damages, and Discrepancies
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. For damaged items, please contact us immediately at sales@247sweets.com with photos of the damage and shipping label.
If you do not report damage upon delivery, we may not be able to provide a refund or replacement.
Best Before Dates
Certain products may have shorter best-before dates due to import timelines. Products sold are intended for consumption within two weeks of receipt unless otherwise specified.
Coupons
Coupons cannot be applied to sale items.
Risk & Liability
Risk for all products transfers to you upon delivery. We are liable only for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach of these terms and conditions.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict access to our website for any reasonable cause.

Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.
Errors or Omissions
Product descriptions, images, and other information are provided for convenience. We are not liable for inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to check for allergens or ingredients on the product packaging..

Waiver
Our failure to enforce any of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions will continue to apply.
