Orders Placed Over the Weekend

For orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, please note they will not be dispatched until Monday. This means if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on Monday. The chosen shipping method will still apply, but fulfilment will not commence until Monday. Selecting "Next Working Day" delivery for a weekend order means your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect orders can be collected between 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon that aren’t collected by 4pm will only be available for collection from the following Monday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels within 2-3 working days. This fully trackable service provides updates via SMS and Email, and you can also track your order through the Royal Mail App. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm on Friday will be processed over the weekend but dispatched on Monday. For updates on your order, feel free to email us at support@247sweets.co.uk.

Next Working Day Delivery

Next Working Day Delivery is available for orders between 0kg and 30kg. The price is calculated at checkout and depends on your order weight. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. This premium service offers full tracking from dispatch through to delivery, with tracking details sent in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aims for next working day delivery, guaranteeing all parcels within 5 working days. For orders over £50, Next Working Day delivery is just £1.99.

Please note: orders dispatched with Next Working Day Delivery on Friday will arrive Monday. To receive a Saturday delivery, please select "Saturday Delivery" at checkout.


Order Dispatch & Cut-off Times

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £50

Enjoy Free Next Working Day Delivery on all orders over £50 within mainland United Kingdom. Please note this does not apply to the following regions: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight. We’re actively working to add a free delivery option for these areas.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing sales@247sweets.co.uk with photographic evidence.
